So we signed an offer the other night! We are so excited to now be able to look for a house and really be able to buy something. We got close to what we were asking, and with this market we are going to take it and RUN! :) We will be really sad to leave this area... Our boys have lived here all their life (except for Tanner's first year). This is the home that we will all remember from their early years. We have made great friends -which we will still be able to see maybe just not as often. We live in a fantastic ward, we have great neighbors. But we gotta go where the kids can roam. :)
We found this great house in Folsom... it is a short sale, which is good and bad. Good that it is a really good deal, but bad that it could take months. We have to wait until the bank actually accepts the offer, so we don't know for sure- we're trying not to get attached to it. We have to be out of our house the first weekend of May so we may be in an apartment (ick) for a bit. But we are hopeful. :)
And his name is...
Rick and Bridger came up with a good name for the new kitty... Foster -kinda funny, he's like a foster cat and it goes along with all of our other "er" names. He's a really cute kitty- really friendly and chatty. So far he gets along with PK, Emma is a different story though- but she doesn't always like PK so I am not too worried!

Yay!! Hopefully not apt though:)
...no apt!
Oh that is sooooo great. Now you can look at other houses and if you find something better than the short sale you can offer and/or you can still wait for the short sale. You are in an awesome spot to have sold and just take your time looking. That will be great. I am so happy. I was in that same boat 6 months ago, new baby and all. It is a good feeling and it sounds like you got an o.k. offer on the house so that is even better news. YAY!

Nice to talk to all of you last night. Good news about the house! I think Judy will enjoy the new neighbors too!
