on this house in Folsom. Who knows what will happen though. It is a short sale, so that could mean we have time to sell our house or that we will be living in an apartment until we can get in. :)
Does anyone want to buy our house? :) The new house is in a cul-de-sac on a golf course so we don't have many neighbors peeking in and plenty of bike/scooter/rip stick riding space. Who knows the boys may like golf??? :) You can look at the house online, but the pictures inside are not great. The tile looks MUCH better in person than in the photo.

Get ready for some patience and many many many phone calls to your realtor. You call your realtor every week and make her call the realtor for the bank and so that realtor calls the bank and bugs them. Our realtor said you have to bug them but not make them mad or they will just put your house on the bottom of the stack. Oh and don't get your heart set on that house because even though the bank needs your money they will sit on their butts and wait and wait to accept your perfectly reasonable offer. Good luck!
